How do blind boxes work?

Each blind box contains a random item from a set of possible designs. You won’t know which specific item you’ll get until you open it. The probability of receiving each rarity tier is disclosed on our Drop Rate Disclosure page.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental US. Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders under $50.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping: 5-8 business days. Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days.

Can I return an opened blind box?

No. Due to the mystery nature of blind box products, opened boxes cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened boxes in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.

Do I need to be a certain age to buy?

Yes, you must be 16 years or older to purchase from BoxPulse. If you are under 16, parental consent is required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Are the drop rates real?

Yes. All drop rates are disclosed accurately on our Drop Rate Disclosure page and on each product page. BoxPulse complies with FTC guidelines on probability disclosure.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
